Try this If you are recycling cans, bottles and/or vehicle batteries, we just need to increase your product. I would call my local recycling center and ask them their prices for the day (do this daily), then once you have that, you can tell your friends, family and neighbors that you will buy THEIR recyclables from them.

1. Call and get the daily pay out from your local recycling center.
   1. Some post their pay out pricing on their webpages.
   2. Let us say they are paying $1.65 per pound of aluminum cans for example.
2. You tell your family, friends, and neighbors that you will buy their recyclables
   1. Now when they bring you recyclables, you buy them at a small cost as your recycling center is paying you $1.65 per pound. You offer your friends, family, or neighbors between $.80-$1.00 per pound - BAM! You just made the difference of $.80 from $1.65!!
3. You will need a weight scale
   1. So, you can weigh out the cans at your home.
4. And one trash can and trash bags
   1. Use the trash can to poor the cans in and weigh on the scale.
   2. Remember to first get the weight of the empty trash can so you can subtract this weight from the weight of the trash can with the cans inside.
   3. Then dump the cans into the trash bag for a cleaner and easier transport.
